WHEN EVERYONE'S NEEDS CLASH
Balancing Opposite Needs in Neurodivergent Families
Learn a simple 4-step plan to help everyone feel calmer—even when different people in your family all need different things at the same time.
🙋
Ever feel like no matter what you do, someone in your family ends up overwhelmed, shut down, or melting down?
🙋
Wonder if you’re the only one silently spinning out inside—because everyone else’s needs seem louder, bigger, or more urgent than yours?
🙋
Wish you had a calm, clear plan for those high-pressure moments—so you could support your kids and yourself without needing to choose?
During the WHEN EVERYONE'S NEEDS CLASH workshop, we'll share...
- A 4-step plan you can use in real time—so you know exactly what to do the next time everyone’s needs are clashing at once
- A new lens to see what’s really going on—so you can stop reacting to behavior and start responding to what’s underneath
- A way to support your own nervous system in the moment (without guilt or shutdowns), even when your kids are melting down
- Tools to meet competing needs—without choosing sides, sacrificing yourself, or feeling like someone always loses
- Practical scripts and in-the-moment strategies that help you create calm and safety for your whole family—without needing everything to be perfect
- Confidence to handle those “stuck in the car” moments (or any other pressure cooker) with more clarity, calm, and compassion
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about having a plan—one that works with your family’s nervous systems, not against them.

Meet your workshop hosts! 👋

We’re Dayna and Jason Abraham—a neurodivergent couple raising three neurodivergent kids, navigating our own clashing needs every single day.
Dayna’s the one who thrives on spontaneity, adventure, and movement.
She’s most alive when traveling across the country, hopping between projects, or running full-speed into new ideas.
Jason’s the one who craves calm, predictability, and deep focus.
He prefers routines that stay steady, spaces that feel safe, and transitions that don’t come out of nowhere.
Together?
We’re a daily masterclass in learning how to respect differences, balance nervous systems, and co-regulate in real time—while raising a family that’s wired just as uniquely as we are.
We don’t do this perfectly.
But over the years, we’ve found simple, compassionate ways to meet each other where we’re at—and help our kids do the same.
This workshop is a glimpse into that world.
What we’ve learned, what we still practice, and how we show up when everyone’s needs are clashing at once.
We hope you’ll join us.
