Following the YouCUE Framework and to help you gain confidence through iterations and trying things imperfectly we will have 4 group calls each month.
- You: Deep Inner Work Sessions using GRIT to dig into your thoughts and mindset and help you get out of your own way.
- Connect: Coaching Calls to work on your burning questions and getting coaching on connecting with yourself or connecting with others.
- Understand: Hot Seats for you to bring your big question and go deep into understanding.
- Empower: System Check Ins to empower you with systems and processes and help you keep moving forward towards your goals.
Accountability & Personalized Coaching Pods
The weekly pods provide accountability and coaching in a small group setting. Each and every week you get to meet with your coach, work on any stuck points and find a next step that keeps you moving in the right direction.
Your Safe Place: The C+T Community
Available anytime is your C+T Community where you can show up as you with other out of the box parents raising out of the box kids. People who get you, understand you and are cheering you on as you move closer to creating your life by design.
Coaches will also be increasing their presence in the community and the VideoAsk feature is also always available for direct personalized coaching in between the monthly calls and pods.
BONUS #1: Take Imperfect Action Sprints
Get ready for 3 amazing weeks throughout the C+T year that will focus on taking action and implementation with the Sprint Framework for self discovery, family advocacy and life by design.
These will be a week in length and include a challenge, 2 day bootcamp and follow up 1:1 sprint debrief call with a coach.

It was so amazing meeting in person in April and we plan to do it again in 2024! We are also committed to improving the experience with your feedback.
