July 24-26 -- Details on this page only

But before you get started...

There’s a big struggle Next Step members have that I want to help you avoid…

With Next Step, our members finally get their family life in order. Their kids happily do what they ask and no longer have constant meltdowns. Their entire family gets along beautifully -- often for the first time.

These moms are no longer consumed 24/7 by meltdowns, shouting matches, violence, and kids bouncing off the walls. And that causes them to realize that they have been so busy parenting, they lost touch with who they are.

Has being a mom caused you to forget who you are?

Let me ask you, have you been so focused on parenting that you forgot who you were outside of being a mom?
Do you want to re-engage with the dreams and passions you put on the back burner once you had kids?

Do you want to do something that lights you up… helps others… makes a positive impact… and even brings in extra income... so you can pay for groceries or just say “yes” to more things, like dinner at a nice restaurant or even a last-minute trip to Disney?

And do you want to do all that without missing out on any time with your children?

Then you’ll love this.

How to Rediscover Who You Are And Create A Fulfilling Life Beyond Being A Mom

(Even if You Don’t Have A Second To Yourself All Day)

We are launching a brand new LIVE, 3-day online event to help you find what excites you outside of being a mom -- and how you can turn that into a side-job, business, or career if you want -- All while keeping time with your kids your #1 priority.

The event is this July 24-26, from 10 AM CST to 6 PM CST

It’s for moms of out-of-the-box kids who want to create an impact beyond their family while still being the parent they worked so hard to be.

Because I know what it’s like to be so focused on your family, you lose touch with yourself...

Back in 2009, during the global financial crisis, I was going through a divorce.

I was left at home with 2 kids and one on the way, living in one of the most expensive cities in America. I had car payments, house payments, loads of credit card debt, and was living off my salary as a teacher.

At that time, I also had a dream. I wanted to build a school. I even had a plan to open a pre-school right as my daughter was old enough to attend. That way, I could do work I loved while spending all day with her.

But then… my oldest son began to have epic meltdowns every day. He got kicked out of one school after another. Eventually, I had to quit my job and homeschool him.

All my time and energy went into trying to get his behavior under control. My dream of opening a school got locked away.

“I needed something to keep me sane…”

During this time, I realized I had to do something for myself. Otherwise, I was going to lose my mind completely.

I also wanted to contribute to my household financially. I couldn’t do a traditional job because I had to be there for my son’s epic meltdowns. So I started an out-of-the-box career as a blogger. I worked for a few minutes here and there when my kids were napping or watching TV.

My initial goal was to make enough for boxed wine. If I could make $500/month for groceries, that would be amazing.

I hit those goals sooner than I thought. Today, that blog has turned into a thriving business with a dozen employees. And I’m fortunate enough to spend my days helping moms who struggle as I did.

What’s truly amazing is dream of opening a school came roaring back to life. Recently, I was able to donate thousands of dollars to build a school in Kenya.

Now you may be thinking:

“Sure, Dayna, that’s great, but I could never do something like that!”

Maybe you’re too exhausted. Because you have a million things to do each day. You can barely find time to sit quietly for a minute, let alone spend an hour or two a day on something you’re passionate about.

Maybe you don’t even know what your passion is. Or if you do, you don’t know what steps to take to pursue it.

Or you just don’t think you’re the type of person who can do something like this. That you just don’t have the skills, drive, or special “something” that allows other moms to do what they love outside of parenting.

And on top of all that, the idea of focusing on yourself fills you with GUILT. You think every ounce of energy should go towards your children and family (which is what you’ve been doing for years.) And you don’t want to do anything that takes you away from your kids.

I get it.

And that’s what makes our event so special. It was made for moms in your exact situation to address all these challenges...

How to Focus On Yourself Without Feeling Guilty

IGNITE was created for overwhelmed, exhausted moms with out-of-the-box kids. We show you how to move towards your life goals without missing out on time with your family.

We’ll show you how to find your passion and reconnect with your dreams… and how to create a step-by-step roadmap to achieve them.

Now, if the thought of focusing on yourself makes you feel guilty, ask yourself these questions:

  • Do you want your child to achieve their dreams?
  • Do you want your kid(s) to make a positive impact on the world?
  • Do you want them to live a life they love?

The best way to help them do all that is to do it yourself.

Be the model they can look up to. Inspire them through the life you live.

When your children see you create a life you love, They’ll believe they can do that, too

Unfortunately, as a mom with an out-of-the-box kid, the “normal” careers can be tough for us.

But we can help you find the right path for you. And we can help you break that dream down so you know the exact steps to take to get there.

We’ll cover all that in our live 3-Day Event, IGNITE.

Here's what it's all about:

Introducing Rediscover and Ignite!

Ignite shows you how to use the Calm the Chaos framework to rediscover who you are, connect with your passions, and build a life you love.

Each day covers a specific theme. First, we help you find yourself, your passions, and what excites you.

Then we help you overcome the obstacles keeping you from pursuing them -- including lack of time, lack of belief in yourself, lack of experience, etc.

Finally, we help you create a step-by-step roadmap to make your dreams a reality. So by this time next year, you not only have your home in order, you are making a positive contribution doing something you love. All without missing out on time with family.

Here’s a breakdown of each day:

DAY 1:

Dream It

This is where you connect with yourself. You discover your “WHY” beyond being a mom.

What are you passionate about? What excites you outside of parenting? What do you like and dislike? What lights you up inside? What kind of impact do you want to make outside of being an amazing parent?

After day 1, you’ll have the answers to those questions. Or at the very least, you’ll know how to find them.

Many moms tell us they want to pursue something they’re passionate about but don’t know what that is. Either they have too many passions or can’t think of any. We’ll help you find your passions and get clear on which is best for you to pursue.

Believe It

This is where we help you overcome the obstacles holding you back.

Maybe you think you “don’t have time” to pursue anything because you have difficult kids who demand all your time.

Or you don’t think you have anything to offer because you lack experience. You haven’t worked in forever and have been “just a mom” for years.

Or maybe you have one of a dozen other “Thought Monsters” holding you back. Things like:

  • “Who am I to have a successful career? I’m not special/talented enough.”
  • “This is my lot in life, and there’s nothing I can do to change it”
  • “It’s selfish of me to focus on myself”

We are going to help you completely revamp your beliefs and mindset. By the end of Day 2, you’ll have the confidence that you can do it. And you’ll have proven strategies to overcome issues like “lack of experience” or “not having time.”

Day 2 is also where you start to see what’s possible. Whether you want to go back to school, get a traditional job, start a business, or create an “out-of-the-box” job for yourself, you’ll leave knowing you can achieve it.

With what you learn on this day alone, your life can radically change.

A year from now, you may find yourself earning a living as a part-time blogger, yoga teacher, working at an art museum, getting your Ph.D. or persuing whatever your dream is -- while still spending as much time as you want with your family.

DAY 3:

Build It

This is where we help you create a simple step-by-step plan to make your dream a reality. With clear action steps to help you make progress every day.

By then end, you will have a clear plan of next steps. So you’ll know exactly what to do each day until you achieve your goal.

Just imagine a year from now, you’ve got a job, career, hobby or side-business that lets you put food on the table. You’re no longer worried about bills because you have a reliable side-income that covers them. And you’re making a positive impact doing what you love.

Best of all, you’ve become an inspiration to your kids. They see you were able to create a life you love -- despite the challenges and setbacks you have. Your kids see that and start to believe they can do the same.

We’ve seen our graduates make this transformation over and over again…

If they can do it, so can you

Take Kaylene George, a Calm the Chaos graduate with 6 kids. After getting her home in order, she built a successful business. She is now the breadwinner in her family and works from home so she can be with her kids all day.

Or Jess Flynn, her only goal was to be a great mom. Once she achieved that (and got her son to stop having epic meltdowns every day), she thought, “What else can I do?” She began helping moms who had the same struggles as she did and built a successful career.

Because of this, Jess had extra money to rent a bouncy castle for her son’s birthday. She even hired a catering company to do the food. This way, she could spend the day with her family instead of being stuck behind a hot grill.

Look, I know you didn’t have a child just so you could not spend time with them.

And I promise you, with what you learn in this 3 day event, that won’t be an issue. We’ll show you how to put your family first and still create a life and career you love.

And if you’re utterly exhausted each day, we’ll help with that, too. We’ll show you how to save time and tap into reserves of energy you didn’t know you had while connecting with your passions and creating a fulfilling life.
